When you submit your information to join the VIP list, you consent to receive communications from us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. VIP benefits — including any discount codes or event invitations — are offered at our discretion and may be modified, limited, or withdrawn at any time.

All content on the Site — including the Tequila Town name, logo, room names, photography, and design — is owned by Tequila Town Miami or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as ticketing providers, press coverage, or social media). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tequila Town Miami, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
